Condominium Assignments

The Aspen Alps reserves the right to move accommodations if circumstances arise that are out of our control such as unforeseen condominium or facilities emergencies or maintenance efforts.

Cancellation & Deposit Policy

Final payment will be due 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Your deposit is refundable with a notice of cancellation of 45 days or more before your arrival date, minus a 10% cancellation fee on the full rental amount. Within 45 days of arrival, your deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent the apartment at the same rate. If that occurs, the 10% cancellation fee on the full rental amount will still apply. Please note there are no refunds for late arrival or early departure.

Condominium / Association Rules

The Aspen Alps is a non- smoking property. Smoking of any kind, tobacco or marijuana, and vaping, is strictly prohibited in the condominiums and on The Aspen Alps property. Read more about the expanded Smoke - Free Law here

Check in / Check out procedures

Check in time is 4:00 PM          

Check in is at our Front Office at the end of Spring Street. We are located behind the W Hotel. Please call the Front Office for directions at (970) 925-7820. We will require an ID and credit card for your check in. 

Check out time is 11:00 AM

In some cases we can honor a late check out, but this will have to be confirmed by the Front Desk Staff. Please contact us at (970) 925-7820 to confirm your late check out with our staff. 

Pet Policy

The Aspen Alps has condominiums that are dog friendly. The Aspen Alps requires prior notice of the dog's arrival for approval. A consent form will need to be signed by the dog owner and a non-refundable dog cleaning charge will be charged, starting at $250 for the stay, depending on the size of the apartment.

If you bring your dog, a non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged for carpet and furniture cleaning (call the front desk for details). When making a reservation, please let us know of your intent to bring a dog so that arrangements are made. The Alps does not allow cats or any other pets. 

 These requests cannot be honored for any reservations made online. 

No animals, other than those recognized by the American's with Disabilities Act as service dogs, are allowed in the condominiums without prior knowledge and approval from the Aspen Alps. Extra charges and cleaning fees will apply if these rules are violated. A dog that solely provides emotional support, well-being, comfort, or companionship does not qualify as a service animal under the American's with Disabilities Act. As a result, such an animal can be accommodated by the Aspen Alps only in a condominium that accepts dogs. In the event no such condominiums are available, the Aspen Alps can assist with finding boarding options for your dog upon request. Approved dogs, other than service dogs, in apartments are subject to a non-refundable dog cleaning fee. In the event that any dog, including a service dog, causes damage to an apartment, the guest with the dog causing the damage will be charged for the repairs.
