When you arrive at the Aspen Airport there will be a change on where we can meet you.
**Please note, this information only applies to the Commercial Aspen Airport. If you are arriving into Atlantic Aviation this will not apply to you**
The Transporation Security Administration (TSA) has tightened security measures for curbsides parking at all commercial airports, including the Aspen/Pitkin County Airport. The nationwide TSA security standards prohibit unattended vehicles in front of the airport terminal and require that all unattended vehicles will be towed.
Unfortunately this new security regulation will prohibit us from being able to meet you inside the airport in the baggage claim area as we usually have done.
Once you get off the plane, you will proceed to retrieve your luggage from the luggage belt in the baggage claim area. Then you continue through the sliding doors outside and take a right. Here you will find all the courtesy shuttles. Your Aspen Alps bellman will meet you here with our suburban. Then you can relax and enjoy the ride back to our property.
Make sure you have given us your flight number, arrival time, number of passengers, together with your cell phone number to schedule your pick up at the Aspen Airport
