At the Aspen Alps, all your needs and desires are taken care of for you. You can relax while our bell staff picks you up from the airport when you arrive. Grocery shopping service is available as well. While you visit the Aspen Alps, daily housekeeping and shuttle service around town are but two of our many services. Bell staff is on duty from 7 am to 11 pm. The Bell Captain is Aspen’s own Andy Golden. You can request van service by calling the front desk or speaking directly with the Bell staff.
CHECKOUT – Checkout time is 11 am. The front desk can arrange for transportation to the airport or help with luggage.
CONCIERGE – The Manager on Duty acts as a concierge. They will make dinner reservations, help you with lift tickets, rentals or any other reservations for activities. They are great sources of information on the happenings around Aspen.
GROCERIES & LIQUOR – The office has order forms upon request. A shopping charge will be added for the bellstaff.
NEWSPAPERS – Both Aspen papers, and Wall Street Journal are complimentary each weekday and The New York Times is complimentary on the weekends. The New York Times can be ordered each weekday at an additional cost.
NEW: Offering complimentary access to NYTimes.com for the duration of your stay.
ROOM SERVICE – The front office staff can tell you which restaurants offer take-out service. Please inform the bellstaff when to pick up and deliver your order.
SHIPPING – The front desk can assist you with shipping your luggage, skis or snowboards to the Aspen Alps or back to your home. You can organize this through this link here, or call the front desk for any assistance.
VAN SERVICE – Van service is available from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm to locations in town as well as to and from the Aspen Airport. Rides to Buttermilk and Highlands depend on bell staff availability, so please check with the front desk well in advance. The Aspen Alps does not offer rides to Snowmass, Pine Creek Cookhouse, Aspen Highlands, The Maroon Bells, Woody Creek or the Eagle Airport. Free RFTA bus service to all ski mountains is available.
FULL SERVICE GYM – The main gym offers you state of the art equipment for aerobic exercise and weight training. The private studios, one for Pilates, the other for yoga and stretching complete your work out options.
MASSAGE – The health spa offers deep therapeutic massage and soothing body treatments. Appointments available from 8 am to 8 pm daily. Walk-ins accommodated if possible, but calling in advance is recommended. Click here for more details.

TENNIS COURTS – The Aspen Alps has two classic turf tennis courts. The courts are for guests and owners. The office can arrange tennis lessons and has a stock of high-attitude balls behind the desk.
CHECK CASHING– Clerks may cash checks for $100 without prior notice. Please bring photo id.
FAX AVAILABLE – There is a $2.50 per page charge for sending in the US and a $1.00 per page charge for receiving. Sending or receiving international faxes is $5.00 per page. The Alps fax number is (970) 920-2528.
FED EX – Federal Express delivers and picks up from the front office Monday – Saturday. The bell staff will log and bring deliveries to your apartment. If you are sending a Federal Express package to the Aspen Alps, our physical address is 700 Ute Avenue, Aspen, CO 81611. Please include guests name on all packages.
MAIL – Mail is delivered daily to the office, stop by or call (970)925-7820 to see if you received anything. Priority packages will be delivered to your unit.
NOTARY PUBLIC – The Aspen Alps has a Notary available for your convenience. Please call the front desk to arrange an appointment.
SAFETY DEPOSIT – Safety Deposit boxes are available at the front desk.
DRY CLEANING – Dry Cleaning / Laundry will be returned the same day if brought to the office prior to 9:00 am.
LAUNDRY – Every apartment at the Aspen Alps has a washer and dryer.
PET POLICY – Several owners allow dogs in their apartments. If you choose to bring your dog, a non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged for carpet and furniture cleaning (call the front desk for details). When making a reservation, please let us know of your intention to bring a dog and we will try to reserve a dog friendly unit. The Alps does not allow cats or any other pets.
